IM Thomas Bartell

Tom is among the top chess players in the United States and is a professional chess teacher and coach–many of his students have gone on to achieve titles of their own. He earned the FIDE title of International Master in 2013 and is an elite talent in other strategy games including Go and Shogi. Tom is the owner of Main Line Chess & Games located in Paoli, PA where he teaches lessons and hosts Quads, board game nights, and scholastic events. We are incredibly lucky to have Tom visit our club and share his wisdom!
